2. Scope of Services

Guide of Prague offers:

  • Guided tours in Prague
  • Private tours and group services
  • Booking access to selected third-party services

Services may be:

  • Operated directly by MAGICA PRAGA s.r.o
  • Provided by selected third-party partners

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed when:

  • Payment is completed, or
  • Written confirmation is sent via email

For private tours and group services, confirmation is subject to payment conditions described below.

4. Prices

  • Prices are indicated per person or per group
  • Prices may vary depending on season and availability
  • All prices are shown in the selected currency

Unless otherwise specified, entrance tickets, transport, food, and drinks are not included.

5. Payment Terms

Standard services

Payment conditions are specified during booking.

Private tours and group services

  • Advance payment is required to confirm the service
  • An invoice will be issued upon request or after booking confirmation
  • Payment must be completed within the deadline communicated

If payment is not received before the service date, the booking will be automatically cancelled without notice

6. Cancellation Policy (Own Services)

For services operated directly by MAGICA PRAGA s.r.o:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours: no refund
  • No-show: no refund

7. Cancellation Policy (Private Tours & Groups)

For private tours and group bookings:

  • Once confirmed, cancellation terms may vary depending on the agreement
  • If payment has been made, cancellation conditions will be specified in the offer or invoice

In all cases:

  • No-show results in no refund
  • Failure to attend at the agreed time is considered a no-show

8. Third-Party Services

For services provided by partners (such as Tiqets, GetYourGuide, Booking.com):

These providers are fully responsible for:

  • Service delivery
  • Availability
  • Pricing
  • Cancellations and refunds

Guide of Prague acts as an intermediary and curator

We carefully select partners, but we are not responsible for their services.

9. Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify itineraries for operational reasons
  • Change guides if necessary
  • Adjust meeting points

Equivalent service will always be provided.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Arrive on time
  • Provide accurate information
  • Follow instructions

Late arrival = possible loss of service without refund

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by:

  • Weather
  • Strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport issues

12. Liability

MAGICA PRAGA s.r.o is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury (unless due to proven negligence)
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Third-party services

Participation is at your own risk.

13. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted:

  • During the service, or
  • Within 48 hours after

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
